We are beyond excited to announce the opening of our new studio Yoga Sadhana, a hidden serene retreat nestled in the heart of Tai Seng. We've designed this space with tranquility in mind, providing you with a refuge to unplug, relax, and reconnect with your inner self.

Our Yoga Sanctuary is not just a yoga studio; it's a holistic wellness center equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

We offer a wide variety of yoga classes, from traditional Hatha and Ashtanga to Infrared Hot Yoga Classes, accommodating practitioners of all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, we're confident you'll find a class that suits your needs. But that's not all. Our facility includes spacious rooms, towels, and showering facilities.

Master Vishal

Step into the world of yoga with Master Vishal, a passionate and experienced yoga teacher hailing from Jamshedpur, India. With a rich background in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, backend, core and strength, stretch and twist, Inversion, and Hatha M, Master Vishal offers a diverse range of specialized classes that cater to various yoga styles.

From an early age, Master Vishal found solace in yoga, beginning his practice at the tender age of 9. While he initially had a love for math and science, his fascination shifted towards the intricate anatomy of the human body and the art of yoga. With over a decade of teaching experience, he combines his expertise in anatomy with his profound knowledge of yoga to guide students on a transformative journey.

Tiffany Ng

I am a passionate and aspiring yoga teacher who is dedicated to helping others find balance and mindfulness through their practice. I first discovered yoga as a means of managing stress and anxiety in my own life, and quickly fell in love with the practice. With a commitment to lifelong learning, I am constantly expanding my knowledge and skills, and is excited to share their passion for yoga with others.

Meng Yuan

I am an aspiring yoga teacher who recently completed my 500hrs yoga teacher training course. Though relatively new to the profession, I have spent several years practicing yoga and has completed extensive training in various styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga. My teaching style emphasizes mindfulness and compassion, with a focus on helping students develop a deeper mind-body connection.

Sagar I

Sagar was born in the Royal family of Maratha. Inheriting a tradition full of fitness, sports and adventure. His father, a dedicated practicing yogi, introduced him to yoga when he was 9 years old, and sent him to be coached by international yoga champion and international yoga coach Chandrakant Pangare. His training drew heavily from yoga legends such as BKS Iyengar, Dr Sharadchandra Bhalekar(Kaivlyadham, Lonavala), and Dr Vishwas Mandlik(Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik).

I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2019. My certification consist of 200 hrs Hatha Yoga, 300 hrs Accredited Teacher Training, 50 hrs Advanced Yoga Training, 20 hrs Private Personal Training, 50 hrs Yin Mindfulness Yoga YTT, 30 hrs Fascia Tools Teacher Training, 30 hrs Health Yoga Teacher Training.

Yu Jie

I discovered yoga out of personal interest and started with three days a week, but within six months, I became a daily student. I liked how I always felt energized and grounded at the end of every class, and this intrigued me to enroll in the Teacher Training course. For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. I aim to combine both strength and mobility work and have my students leave the class feeling refreshed and renewed.

Specializing in Hatha Yoga, I believe that practicing yoga with students’ well-being in mind, hoping to deliver asana practice to them in a fun, creative and functional way. I believe that through yoga practice, each pose has its own specific physical benefits, as this low-impact exercise focuses on breath control, abdominal strength, spine, pelvis and shoulder stabilization, muscular flexibility, joint mobility and strengthening exercise in a functional way.

Winter Wong

Desmond Ong

Desmond Ong is an Aerial Yoga Specialist and collectively he has been teaching in Singapore for almost 9 years. Prestigious gyms that he teaches in Singapore are True Fitness, TFX, Yoga Edition, Fitness First, Virgin Active, Trium Fitness and some boutique studio who specialise in Aerial Yoga. He is known for his Explicit Teaching and Learning Strategies in helping his students’ Journey to a successful learning and workout experiences.
