Rhoo
Rhoo’s yoga journey began in 2018 as a path to healing from pain and injuries, evolving into a deep passion for the mind-body connection and transformation through breath and movement.
With a strong foundation in functional anatomy, Rhoo creates classes that blend restorative healing with dynamic strength-building, tailored for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Trained in Yoga Therapy and TCM cupping, Rhoo supports students through physical and emotional imbalances, from chronic pain to stress and trauma.
